In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment charged. If your payment has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a return of money to your account in the amount of the charge.

Shipping
All products of our site include free Worldwide Shipping - Registered Air Mail.
Shipment by express-delivery services (UPS, DHL, FEDEX, EMS etc.) is negotiated with each buyer personally and paid separately.
LUX-UA is not responsible for:
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
Orders
- Orders that was dispatched may not be cancelled.
- All refunds will be processed on the same PayPal account used for your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse service on any order which may contain bad language, insufficient or incorrect delivery details or do not comply with our policies. In addition, all orders which fail our strict validation process will be automatically cancelled.
