The Aurora Verdi Gran Gala limited edition fountain pen was created by the leading Italian pen company Aurora in 1999 to celebrate the life and works of Italy's greatest composer.
The pen is exquisitely beautiful, made from gold plated sterling silver (vermeil), with a harp symbol appearing throughout the cap and barrel, to emphasize the musical association.
The harp symbol is also engraved on top of the pen cap. The nib is solid 18k gold and medium in width. Limited Edition fountain pen, 1919 numbered pens produced for Italy, 1919 numbered pens produced for Italy, 1919 for the rest of the world.
