Great collectible set for an avid Montblanc fan!!!

On offer is a gorgeous ULTRA RARE 1998 year 18K 750 GOLD NIBS & RINGS edition of a Montblanc Meisterstück "Le Grand" fountain pens in black resin sporting a 18-carat 750 dual tone solid gold nibs & two SOLID YELLOW GOLD 18K 750 rings. The pens have detachable rings made of solid 18-carat gold which can be inscribed. In 1998 Montblanc introduced a Special Edition range of 4 different Meisterstück fountain pens to celebrate the wedding: a normal black resin 144 "Classique" Fountain Pen and a 146 "Le Grand" Fountain Pen, and a Solitaire in sterling silver 144 Fountain Pen and a 146 Fountain Pen. In the standard Meisterstück range the actual ring is made of solid 14-carats gold and on the Solitaire pens and RARE SETS, the ring is in 18-carat gold. The pens were sold in pairs (a 144 and a 146) or in single units. The production of this Special Edition lasted 2 years, from 1998 to 1999, a reason for their scarcity in the market.
